Payment
We accept payment via bank transfer. All the items are quoted Ex Works (EXW). Shipping charges and customs clearance fees will be borne by the purchaser. If needed, you may provide us with the information on your freight forwarders, customs clearing houses, or insurance firms that handle the import affairs for you.
Shipment
Most of the international orders will be shipped via EMS, SF Express or DHL. If you prefer other shipping methods please contact us for availability and prices.
Post Office International Shipping
Express Mail Service (EMS) is a cost-effective door-to-door courier service for international shipments. Insurance may be available. It normally takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive at most destinations worldwide, although there are variances which may go up to 2 weeks. You can track and confirm EMS Parcel online.
International Air Parcel is typically the cheapest option for trackable international shipments. Insurance is available. 7-20 days estimated shipping time depending on destination and customs clearance. You can track and confirm International Parcel online. Shipment options also include International SAL (Surface Air Lifted) and Surface Parcel.
